During his career, Matthew has been privileged to travel extensively, experiencing different organisations and cultures while dealing with some unique challenges along the way.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys life with the family, music, rugby and a variety of other sports.
For over 15 years, Stephen Healy has successfully worked in IT sales within the financial services sector.
During this time he has worked in various Business Development Roles at IBM, FICO and Moody Analytics.
Working closely with Credit Card Risk, Collections and Fraud departments, Steve has assisted customers acquiring new systems and analytic solutions. These solutions have resulted in real business and economic value.
Steve's strength has been to develop strong working relationships with his clients.
Based in Melbourne, he enjoys raising two teenage boys and playing tennis and drums.
Petrina has over 15 years' experience working in the cards industry. Having worked across sales, relationship management, operations, loyalty and training, implementation and commercial cards, Petrina has an in-depth knowledge of the cards industry from both an issuer and customer perspective.
Originally from Perth, Petrina has worked with many of the Australian issuers and transaction processors.
Petrina holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from Edith Cowan University and a Masters in Busines Technology from UNSW.
Outside of work, Petrina keeps herself busy with her two active children.
For over 20 years, Barry has been working in the financial service industry and specialising in the cards and payments area over 10 years.
Barry held positions in a large number of banks in Australia and overseas. These roles have included software developer, designer, systems analyst, business analyst, product developer, project manager and portfolio conversion manager.
He has played leading and integral roles in several large and complex system migration projects.
On any early morning, you might find Barry with his son and daughter surfing a break on one of Sydney's beaches.
Sandra has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years, specialising in cards and payments and holding various positions across numerous Financial Institutions roles in both Australia and South Africa, She has performed a number of roles ranging from software developer, systems analyst and designer, business analyst and project manager.
Sandra has managed and been involved in system implementations and migrations for large institutions. She enjoys dynamic, challenging environments where she can put her experience to good use. She enjoys working within teams and ensuring the successful implementation of strategies and initiatives.
Outside of work Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym and gardening.
Warren is a highly experienced Business Lead, Technical Lead, and Solutions Advisor with over 18 years experience in the Cards and Payments Industry.
With a range of experience from POS devices, Switching, Card Issuing Applications, and User Front End development, Warren brings extensive end-to-end background and customer insight to projects. Warren has been involved in numerous Product Migrations in Europe and the Asia Pacific, Commercial and Multi Currency Prepaid product development and migration, switch replacement projects, acquiring product development and Cards projects.
Prior to joining C Smart in 2000, Warren worked on Core Banking product development and migrations in Europe and the Asia Pacific.
During downtime, Warren spends his time running and cycling, and is an avid supporter of the Rugby League.
Steve has been consulting for more than 20 years in Information Technology, Business and Financial Services, including over 15 years in cards, payments and transaction switching. Steve has a proven track record in delivering growth and transformation projects for large financial institutions and retailers for markets in Australasia, Asia, Europe and North America.
Steve is passionate about his clients succeeding in their initiatives. He believes in exceeding his clients’ expectations and in focusing on doing the right things the right way.
Steve holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Sydney and is a member of PMI (Project Management Institute) where he holds the PMP certification.
Outside of business Steve is a committed family man and is kept constantly on the move by his three activity-driven sons.
Teresita brings many years of IT experience to C Smart International. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of business applications mostly in the financial sector. These include core banking, loans and credit cards.
Teresita spent two years based in the US where she worked on a utilities billing system.
Over time, her role has progressed from system development to solution design, to her current role of managing a global delivery team for a client.
A self-confessed 'foodie', Teresita enjoys cooking and trying out exciting places to dine with her husband.
