Consultant

A Consultant’s role is to manage personal delivery required by the project. Additionally, they are expected to develop skills as a mentor and leader.

The following are Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) expected for this role:

  • Delivery (97%)
    • Scanning for resource needs
    • Billable work
    • Resource management on projects
  • People Management (3%)
    • Identifying development opportunities for direct reports/associates and enabling their development as a mentor
Senior Consultant

A Senior Consultant's role is to manage client(s) and/or teams to grow revenue and profit.

The following are Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) expected for this role:

  • Delivery (95%)
    • Scanning for resource needs
    • Billable work
    • Resource management on projects
  • People Management (5%)
    • Ensuring that direct reports understand their objectives, measures and targets
    • Providing feedback to direct reports to reinforce or redirect their behaviour in line with the strategy
    • Identifying development opportunities for direct reports and enabling their development and mentoring associates
Principal Consultant

A Principal Consultant’s role is to manage team and/or competency to grow revenue and profit.

The following are Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) expected for this role:

  • Delivery (90%)
    • Scanning for resource needs
    • Billable work
    • Resource management on projects
  • Strategy (2%)
    • Reinforcing the Direction, structure and strategy for team
  • Core Competencies Leadership (3%)
    • Leading by demonstrating expertise and thought leadership
    • Managing team/personal revenue and margins
    • Maintain a good relationship with senior management of own/team's clients with planned activities
  • People Management (5%)
    • Ensuring that direct reports understand their objectives, measures and targets
    • Providing feedback to direct reports to reinforce or redirect their behaviour in line with the strategy
    • Staff retention
    • Identifying development opportunities for direct reports and enabling their development and mentoring associates
